📄 What Travel Documents Will I Receive?
For each service booked through BooknSave, we’ll provide the relevant documents, including:
E-tickets
Hotel vouchers
Insurance certificates (if applicable)
Invoices and receipts
You’ll receive all your documents at least 7 days prior to departure.

Important:
A visa may be needed for non-EU countries
Transit visas may be required for stopovers in some developing nations
One-way tickets without the required visas can result in denied boarding

International flights: 3 hours before departure
European flights: 2 hours before departure
Domestic flights: 1 hour before departure

Late arrivals may result in missed flights. BooknSave is not liable for missed departures due to late check-ins.

📋 What Is Advance Passenger Information (API)?
Some destinations (e.g., USA, Dubai, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, China) require you to provide Advance Passenger Information, which includes:
Full name (as on passport)
Gender and date of birth
Passport number, expiry, and country of issue
Nationality and country of residence
📍 For the USA, you must also provide the full address of your first night’s stay.
API is often collected at the time of booking to avoid delays at check-in.

You can pay via credit or debit card either online or over the phone.
